Rod Cox

Managing Director

Rod has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and is responsible for the overall management of the Company. Rod has been the driving force behind the Company’s dynamic growth and continues to focus on the growth of Integrated Industrial and developing the team to remain the best and most reliable supplier to the resource sector.

Prior to purchasing Integrated Industrial, Rod has held Senior executive roles in both the private and corporate sectors including State and Regional Manager roles with Repco, Coventry Group.

Interests: Golf, 4 wheel driving, fishing and family.

Gavin Moore

Operations Director

With over 30 years’ experience Gavin is responsible for the overall operations of the company’s Sales and Warehouse activities.

Prior to Integrated Industrial, Gavin was with Coventry Group for 14 years in various roles within the Automotive and Mining & Industrial divisions in WA, NT and NSW. These roles covered Sales, Specialist Mining BDM, Branch Manager (WA & NSW), WA Area Manager for 10 regional stores, Mining & Industrial Supply Manager (WA) and State Manager (NT).

Interests: AFL, motorsport and outback camping & caravanning.

Mark Whitfield

Inventory Manager

Mark is an experienced Inventory Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Mining, Industrial and Automotive sectors. Skilled in all facets of Inventory Management, Negotiation, Analysis, Operational Planning & Management, whilst maintaining a close working relationship with the Sales and Warehouse teams.

Previous positions held include Sales Representative, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager and Inventory Manager, with the last 12 years being Inventory & Purchasing focussed.

Interests: Family & friends, V8 supercars, AFL, home & garden.

Ben McArthur

Business Development Manager - Industrial

Ben has over 11 years industry experience in the mining and industrial space. Well versed in customer and supplier negotiations and has a strong understanding of operations procedures and planning. Ben will have a predominant focus towards industrial sales in the mining and industrial sector.

Prior to Integrated industrial Ben held previous positions with Atom Supply as Branch manager, Account manager and Sales representative

Terry Piercy

Business Development Manager - Safety

With over 30 years in senior roles in the Electrical, Industrial & Safety sectors, his main focus is Business Development management in the mining, industrial, safety & project services.

Prior to joining Integrated Industrial Terry held State & Regional Management roles with ABB (WA), Hager B&R (WA), Brady Corporation (WA,SA,VIC,NT,TAS) & Hellermanntyon (WA).

Teresa Alberts

Mining Sales Executive

Specialist in Clothing & Footwear

Teresa has over 30 years’ experience in the mining sector and currently handles the clothing sector at Integrated Industrial. Teresa prides herself on her punctuality, organisational skills and customer service, and is always ready to assist with her customers requirements.

Having immigrated from South Africa, Teresa has previously worked for Heatleys specialising in Clothing and Industrial and also been involved with Marketing and Sales within the mining industry.

Melinda has 20 years Automotive experience. Specialising in Auto Electrical for Mining & Industrial, local auto Electricians and 4wd Industry.

Previously employed at AE4A as internal sales & BDM when required. Also, having worked at DVG, Coates Hire and Coventry’s. Providing top customer service, offering supply solutions, mining tenders & meeting customers’ requirements for consumables and spare parts.

Interests: Spending time with family & friends, drives out to the countryside, helping others with my psychic/medium gifts.

Over 30 years experience as a procurement officer in the industry, specialising in the clothing and PPE safety industry. Previously with Heatleys Industrial and Safety handling pre-embroidered clothing, clothing and PPE safety for various mining contracts and customers.

Skilled in negotiating pricing for high volume purchasing, planning, process and lead times. Expediting and communicating with customers and suppliers a must.

Interests: Avid fan of the great game of Rugby Union, Netball, Squash and spending time with the family.

Moving onto Blackwoods Industrial and Safety where he received accolades from management, peers and customers for customer service.

Previously at Covs parts in various positions front counter sales, branch sales, sales rep and assistant manager for 14 years.
