Reconciliation action plan

Our RAP journey started with a goal of understanding our current team and the diverse cultures they identify with and embrace. Acceptance of diversity and inclusion is a fundamental part of our success and having our team feel proud of their own cultural heritage is a dignified and rewarding outcome.

We are taking the time to listen about the impacts that colonisation and western civilisation have had on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. This will help us accept and acknowledge the significance cost to cultures and wellbeing of First Nations peoples and aid in the strategy for a shared future together. Activities facilitated and guided by First Nations peoples including cultural awareness training will play a key part in this.
